“Third time’s a charm,”

Is what I say to reassure myself when my kitchen floor is riddled in flour, and I still haven’t gotten the recipe right. While I draw inspiration from the countless bakers before me, sometimes I like to get experimental. 

Sometimes the results are really good, and sometimes they’re really bad.

Whatever the case maybe I’m learning and growing as a baker along the way, and enjoying every second of it. 

Well, except for dishes. Someone else can do those.
