Peanut butter swirl brownies

I’m usually not a fan of ulta-chocolatey desserts,

but brownies will forever be the exception. ESPECIALLY if they include peanut butter. I felt compelled to make this recipe knowing that these delicious brownies come together in one bowl (if you omit the peanut butter). I’m a simple woman. The less dishes a dessert makes, the happier I am.

Baker’s note: What does blooming the cocoa mean?

If you’re unfamiliar, blooming the cocoa is dissolving the cocoa in a hot liquid and letting it sit for a bit. Doing so essentially increases the intensity of the chocolate. You can definitely skip this step, and just add the cocoa powder in as usually, but you’ll be missing out.
